Workforce Snohomish is dedicated to helping all residents find gainful employment regardless of the obstacles they face, their career aspirations or where they are in their career journey.
Through federal, state, and local grant funding, these are the direct employment programs we currently offer; although some programs have strict eligibility criteria, all offerings are free of charge. Workforce Snohomish also oversees the countywide WorkSource system, services offered to all residents.
WorkSource is part of the federally-funded American Job Center network throughout the nation that deliver employment, training, education, and business services free of charge.

There are two main WorkSource Resource Centers in Snohomish County as well as 23 Connection Sites. A Statewide list of WorkSource locations can be found at WorkSourceWA.com/locations
Connection Sites are partnerships between WorkSource and existing community organizations, such as libraries and family centers, which allow the community organization to provide limited employment and job search assistance. Services provided at Connection Sites might include resources such as computer access and the availability of reference materials.
